“Every form of work leads to self-analysis. Therein lies the purpose and meaning of work, and that is why it is essential for every human individual. Therein lies the meaning of life.”
Leonard Cohen

Philosophy and Approach
I live and work with a systemic mindset out of deep conviction. For me, a systemic mindset primarily means assuming that all experience is subjective – which is why, for example, in supervision, conflict resolution, or coaching, the aim is never to uncover an objective truth. Rather, I support people in recognizing their own perspective and in learning to understand the perspectives of others. Through continuous shifts in perspective, one’s own possibilities expand, allowing situations to be viewed from different angles – this enables new ways of thinking and acting, as well as the development of new competencies and the further strengthening of existing ones.
It is always important to me to empower my clients and to provide them with the optimal framework for reflection and self-reflection. I am convinced that this optimal framework must be created anew each time, as every individual, every group, and every organization is different and therefore has different needs. For this reason, I also continuously work on expanding my repertoire of methods and offering a variety of approaches. I approach consulting and seminar settings with openness and curiosity, and I use my creativity and expertise to design each setting in a process-oriented, solution-focused, and competence-oriented way.
I love what I do. I look forward to accompanying you in your process of reflection.
Systemic Supervision and Coaching
Systemic and process-oriented consulting is about supporting you in following your own path of development. As the client, you define the goals, the topics, and the questions. My task is to provide you with tools and a framework that optimally support your reflection and planning.
In my consulting, I support you by:
- structuring the process
- working with you to clarify the question/concern and define goals
- helping you to view the situation from different perspectives
- reflecting my impressions back to you and offering an external perspective
- asking you questions that stimulate further reflection
- introducing methods and guiding you in using them to help you define your standpoint and develop your own solutions
